Venous Angioma

Venous Angioma is also called venous malformation it is the illness of the brain. It is a small tangle of abnormal veins. Venous angiomas are found in brain vascular malformation and more seen in nearly 2 percent to 3 percent of people. Venous Angioma are valuated to occur in approximately 0.5-1% of the population, or in 1 in 100-200 people. Many people start showing symptoms in their 20's or 30's. There are many suggestions for this condition like cavernous, angioma, cavernous hemangioma, cerebral cavernous malformation, cavernoma. A venous angioma in the mid brain is a rare case and shows gist of literature showed that the majority of these lesions were in other areas of the brain stem. Venous angiomas may appear later in life, so incidence rates and number of angiomas per person are higher among adults. Usually, more than 30% of prople having cavernous angioma ultimately will develop symptoms.
